Excellent company: over the past year, the intercom worked properly for a hundred days. Otherwise: payments are constantly disappearing - this time, for example, we are waiting for 500 rubles, which by some trick turned up in Lipetsk. We paid again, in 4 days the intercom turned on, but a day later it stopped working again, because the provider used by Sputnik had an internet outage. Rarely, but I manage to use the intercom - and thank you for that. It is possible to contact support, the staff is polite, but the issues are not solved.

After six months, the picture began to disappear. Very often the picture disappears and reloads when the door opens. Returned the archive, I return the stars.

The app is good, the first time there were no complaints at all, lately there have been more and more. The app does not always work correctly, the app just sometimes does not open the door, the door open button in the position lights up green, but the door does not open, sometimes the app just crashes and gives an error (if you have the latest update of this app).

Registered with great difficulty, half a day did not pass the call and sms for registration. The video in the app is not displayed properly. Slows down. Video archive of 3 days is very convenient, but there is no sound.

Terrible app!!! The bell on the intercom rings, so people dial the number several times, only the first call is reset in the app, the rest are superimposed. To open the door from the app, you still have to wait for the image to load. The sound is intermittent, in the end it is not clear what is being said. Total dissatisfaction!

After updating, one of the cameras hangs not at the last moment of its view when it is opened, but the earliest image. Accordingly, the display of visitors on it when you call the intercom displays this early picture without a visitor. The sensitivity of scrolling cameras to diminish, because when you scroll the camera to the left, right all the time flipping cameras. To date, have not made a function to add the keys on their own without the participation of the Managing Company.

A good application with a minimal set of necessary functions. It is convenient to open from your smartphone, see who came or came. Convenient that there is a cloud with record storage, keyless access is a space)))) recommend!!!
